Manchester Music Centre Newsletter Winter ’21

Welcome to the first newsletter for the recently re-launched One Education Music Centres.

Each term we will share news about forthcoming events and report on what’s been happening in music centres across the city.

Below you will be able to see more information about our music centres – did you know there are 7? You can go to as many as you like and this year, to support the Manchester Year of the Child 2022, membership is free.

You can also find details of our end of term concerts which are happening this week – December 1st – 4th, subject to government guidance related to Covid-19. We will inform you of any changes. If you are coming to watch we are encouraging all audience members to wear a mask and observe social distancing wherever possible.

A reminder there is no generally tuition in concert week. Unless the teacher has told you otherwise, Level 1 groups will be sharing sessions for parents to watch, and you are warmly invited to stay to watch the concert in your centre.

Music Centres are then closed for Christmas until the week beginning January 10th 2022.

If there is something you would like to see included in the next newsletter, please get in touch. I will look forward to seeing you at our concerts.

Kate Moran, Activities & Partnerships Lead, One Education Music.
